About Me

I am a fellow in the Nuclear Policy Program at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace and an Associate with the Project on Managing the Atom at the Harvard Kennedy School's Belfer Center. My research focuses on Russian-Iranian relations, Iran’s nuclear program, and Russian nuclear strategy.

I hold a PhD in International Relations from the University of Oxford and am the author of Russia and Iran: Partners in Defiance from Syria to Ukraine.
